One of my two toads have a blue slimy coating on their eyes. Someone told me to use Colloidal Silver drops several times a day in them because it probably has a bacterail infection. Can anyone tell me if this might be the problem/solution?

I've never heard of those drops so cannot say a yes or no.
However I would be careful of the drops (or the person advising to use them) if they have no experience of medical issues with amphibians as they can react worse to treatments that can be fine on most other animals.

The slimy coating though, could it be some of the shed skin?
There is something that could get tried, depending on experience and confidence. Obviously I would have to state that I am not vet either so it would only be a mention of something that I might do.
