hi i need a bit of help with some college work and wondered if anyone could help. i have to find out what a salamaders diet consists and where they get fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, water and fibre from if possible as percentages. thanks you.

cant help you with nutritional breakdown of a wild salamanders food items, but theres a chart here of food items used for feeding captive salamanders and newts

I can't tell you the nutritional breakdwon, but Salamanders eat a whole variety of insects - earthworms, spiders, crickets - anything really.
