hello i hope someone could help me, im looking to buy a cane toad for my boyfriend for christmas, they arent really available in my area and ive been lucky enough to find one, however hes under the impression you cant get them in this country so it will be a great surprize for him.
He uses this website a lot and often doesnt agree with what some pet stores advise about care and i want to make sure i have everything right.
So i have paid for the toad and im going to collect it on christmas eve and i'll need to set it up myself in another room until christmas morning.
so i have a glass tank with a uv bulb and humidity meter, heat mat and thermostat, soil and food for a month, and i will buy a water bowl and a hide or something when i collect him. is there anything i need to know or that ive missed? id appreciate any help.
