hello everyone this is our first time owning one and we dont really know a great deal about them.

Ours is about 7 inches long and its an albino,
does anyone know an approximate age? Or the apporprate amount of food to feed it, and how often?
Honestly any tips and little tricks that you have found out would be greatly appericated.

At a guess I'd say it was an adult, but can't be more speciific than that.

I just feed (I presume we are talking of pellets here) as much as can be eaten within 5 minutes about every 2-3 days.

If it's live prey I normally feed 1-2 insects per axie per feeding. E.G If it's a large earthworm, then they have 1 per meal, but if it's a small cricket they may get 2.

Best tip for keeping axies is to have a turkey baster handy. They are great for sucking up little bits of poo and such in between tank clean outs.

They also like lots of live plants to hide around
